JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 11-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64 of the BNS Act, under Section ¾ of the D.P. Act and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is innocent and this is a case of forcible marriage after kidnapping the petitioner and the case has been Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48995 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 registered after the same. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IV-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, Rape and POCSO, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Nanpur P.S.
