GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 30318 OF 2021 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the Petitioner from the land to an extent of 196 Sq.yds in Sy.No.14 and Old Sy.No.16/2 and house bearing D.No.8-4-20/4, vide Assessment No.1086383260 at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam Town and District and harassing the Petitioner by calling to the Police Station as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Mr. T. Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Respondent/ Police never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the subject property at any point of time and never interfered with the civil disputes. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
