The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 390/2025, registered at Police Station- Urga, District : Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 34 (2) & 59 (A) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant has already been acquitted from the learned Trial Court for the offences mentioned above and therefore, this bail application is rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
