This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“ … a Writ of Mandamus to declaring the maintenance and continuation of Suspect Sheet No.129/2018 dated 10.03.2018 vide proceedings in C.141/SDO K/Genl/2018 dated 22.02.2018 against the Petitioner as arbitrary illegal malafide and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents herein to close the Suspect Sheet No.129/2018 dated 10.03.2018 opened against the Petitioner and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the personal liberty of the Petitioner and pass”
2. Heard Sri K. Sri Sai Sanjay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no cases are pending against the petitioner. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the petitioner in the vicinity, Suspect Sheet was opened against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against her. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the Suspect Sheet opened against the petitioner vide proceedings in C.141/SDO.K/Genl/2018, dated 22.02.2018 is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. 3
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
