This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Civil Judge (J.D.), FTC-I, Kushinagar, Place-Padarauna to decide the Complaint Case No.12/2023, under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Civil Judge (J.D.), FTC-I, Kushinagar, Place, Padarauna within a period of three months or within time fixed by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of sixty days after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
