Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Rajamahendravaram, East punishable under Section 3. The Petitioner/Accused No.3 is in-charge and looking after the affairs of the old age home, where the defacto complainant was stayed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at nascent stage, and the amount allegedly extorted from the defacto complainant by the Accused is yet to be recovered. This Court in Criminal Petition No. 9800 of 2025 enlarged the Accused No.2 on pre-arrest bail on 13.10.2025. Considering the facts and circumstances, the gravity and nature of the allegations levelled the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner/Accused No.3. 4. 5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions; In the event of arrest of the Petitioner/Accused No.3 enlarged on bail subject to his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the officials: The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall make himself investigation as and when required; The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; I. he shall be arresting police available for not cause any threat, The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall not leave the State of Andhra i Pradesh limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned. The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall surrender his passport, if any, to the investigating officer. If he claims that he does not have passport, he shall submit an affidavit to that effect to the Investigating Officer. IV. V. VI.
