ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent in not registering the FIR basing on complaints dated 05.09.2025 and 24.09.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to register the case and file an FIR based on the petitioners complaints and conduct a fair and impartial investigation and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Kanithi Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that since the subject matter is purely civil in nature, the respondent-police have not registered the FIR on the complaints made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no Order as to costs.
