This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the final assessment bill dated June 21, 2022 and the notice dated June 24, 2022. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that an opportunity of hearing has been granted to the petitioner to appear before the authority concerned on June 2, 2025 and file his objections with regard to the notice for final assessment bill. 4. In light of the submission made above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the authority concerned on June 2, 2025 and file his objections. The authority concerned is directed to take into consideration the objection of the petitioner, grant an opportunity of hearing to him, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order with regard to final assessment. 5.
