When the matter was called, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that a survey will be conducted afresh within a period of four (4) weeks after notice to the petitioner and the Forest Department. 3. The Surveyor shall demarcate the forest lands and the lands which belongs to the petitioner.
