Case No. 127 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 137(2)/87/64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 4 of POCSO Act and section 3(2)(v) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Act, pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Garhwa. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the Informant and took her to a lonely place in Scorpio and raped her. 4.
