This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a direction to direct the Civil Judge (J.D) Ghatampur Kanpur Dehat to decide the substitution application paper no. 39c^2 dated 4/12/2024 in Civil Suit No. 135 of 2023 (Arun Kumar and another versus Bharti Devi and others) pending before Civil Judge (J.D) Ghatampur Kanpur Dehat within short span of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that substitution application is pending consideration in Suit No. 135 of 2023 since 04.12.2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the substitution application Paper No. 39C2 pending in Civil Suit No. 135 of 2023, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
