Mr. Vachaspati Pandey, learned advocate, holding the brief appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, by notice dated 2nd September, 2024 it was said that his client's land stood acquired for public purpose of constructing road and bridge. Materials were dumped. Subsequently by communication dated 24th April, 2025, petitioner's land was excluded from the acquisition. His client made representation dated 26th April, 2025 to the District Magistrate. He seeks direction for consideration of the representation, for restoration and compensation. 2. Mr. Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Bhavesh Singh Jadaun, learned advocate, holding the brief appears for respondent no.2 (the Bridge Corporation). Mr. Vikram submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. 3. For purpose of building road, petitioner alleges, his land stood notified as to be acquired. Possession was taken by dumping material on it. There was subsequent exclusion. On query petitioner submits respondent no.2 dumped. 4. Respondent no.3 (the District Magistrate) is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 26th April, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation to said respondent, who will verify whether respondent no.2 or some other has caused material dumping on petitioner's land. If found so upon verification that petitioner's allegations are facts, restoration of his land and consideration of his claim for compensation, is to be made. Restoration by removal of the materials and compensation to enable petitioner to again put to use the land in its category. 5. Decision taken on consideration of the representation and verification be informed to petitioner within four weeks of the communication. 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
