Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Issue a suitable writ, direction or order, specifically a writ of mandamus, compelling the Respondents No. 3 & 4 to immediately and compulsory execute the mandatory directions contained in the order dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 That the Respondent No. 4 be specifically directed to complete the investigation, demarcate the Government Grassland (Khasra No. 374/1, area 1.14 acres) and submit the required report on the illegal occupation and the basis of other partitions of Khasra No. 374, within a strict, time bound period as fixed by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 Pass any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned State counsel raises objection that this writ petition is filed seeking compliance of order Annexure P-1 & P-2, however, petitioner is not the party to the said proceedings nor he is legal representative of any of the party as named therein. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner being one of the resident of the area has filed this petition. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, no relief as prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition can be granted. If petitioner is aggrieved for any of the reason with regard to non-conducting demarcation, he is having efficacious remedy under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 for redressal of his grievance. 5.
