O.S.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, which is pending between the petitioner and un-official respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that based on the compliant made by un-official respondents, police have registered a case against the petitioner and others in Crime No.264 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 329(4), 115(2) read with 3(5) BNS of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada City.

submissions, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in civil disputes between the parties. The Police are further directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
