Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed separate petition for challenging the recovery certificate issued by Deputy Housing Commissioner, U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad, for recovery of alleged dues from the petitioner. Consequently, he states that he is not pressing the writ petition at this stage. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.
