Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid case is pending since 2017. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Judge, Small Causes Court, Varanasi to decide the case at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Judge, Small Causes Court, Varanasi to decide the P.A. Case No. 25 of 2017 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
