In the present case, the petitioner alleges that the respondents have not acted as per the terms and conditions of the contract between the parties. 3. We are of the view that there are disputed facts in the present petition and the same cannot be decided by way of a writ petition. 4. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of its grievance.
