GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 20005 of 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Police Authorities in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful life and enjoyment and harassing and confining the petitioners in the police station by saying that they will foist false cases against them as illegal and unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful life's and enjoyment by any manner and pass.…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that in the light of the interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 vide Order dated 13.09.2021, the respondent-police are not calling the petitioner to the police station, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no Order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to 4 call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner.
