1. Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to the trial Court.
2. PUD has been received from the Principal District & Session Judge, Raigarh with a request for extension of time to conclude the trial as
directed by this Court in WP(227) No. 1007/2023 vide order dated 19.12.2023 wherein it has been directed to decide the same within an outer limit of one year and 09 months from January, 2024.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. a further time of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the same.
