Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer for issuance of appropriate Writ/Rule/Direction particularly a Writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order passed vide Memo No.611 dated 06.02.2025 issued by the respondent No.7- Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Ranchi. It is next submitted by counsel for the petitioner on instruction that, now the petitioner intends to settle the dispute with the respondent No.2- Software Technology Parks of India, Ranchi by way of amicable settlement after convening meeting and seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition. Learned Addl.SGI appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that the respondent No.2 is also willing for settlement of the dues provided that the petitioner vacates the new incubation space at new building i.e. 2nd floor, middle portion of the floor, new building, STPI, Ranchi and room No. GL 3 IIFC building, STPI by 28.02.2025 after preparing inventory of the room in the presence of joint representative of the respondent No.2 and the petitioner. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to settle the dispute with the respondent No.2 amicably. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.)
