GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 29315 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th Respondent police personal in registering an FIR, completing the investigation and filing of charge sheet against the criminal complaint lodged by the petitioner herein on 25.08.2025 before 2nd respondent is illegal and arbitrary and violation of Art.21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register an FIR against the respondents 5 to 8 vide Grievance No.PLND202508257284, complete the investigation and file charge sheet in a fixed time frame and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Ramesh Babu Nelaturi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 25.08.2025, through PGRS, the respondent-police have conducted preliminary enquiry by calling both parties. After due enquiry, it came to light that the subject matter involved is family dispute. The respondent-police have given counseling to both the parties and informed them not to repeat the issue once again in future. They agreed and they said that they will come after talking with their elders. But the petitioner never turned up again. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no Order as to costs.
