This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.850 of 2013 on the file of learned Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.850 of 2013. The Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2015 is filed under section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking interim maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month, and the petition is allowed by granting an amount of Rs.6000/- per month. Against the said orders, the present revision is preferred. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main F.C.O.P. No. 850 of 2013 was disposed of on 01.11.2021. In support of this, a copy from the eCourts website has been filed, which reflects that the said F.C.O.P. No. 850 of 2013 was disposed of on 01.11.2021. 5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the disposal of main F.C.O.P.No.850 of 2013 on 01.11.2021 3 as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
