It is contended that the petitioner-Committee has approached the respondents vide representation dated 03.10.2025 seeking permission to conduct rituals v/z., Jyothi Mahostavam, Binde Seva and Godugu Mahostavam, the rituals that would be performed every year during the Month of Karthika as per Telugu Calendar at Sri Chowdeswari Devi Devasthanam The said rituals are Vasanthapeta, Proddatur, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. scheduled to be performed from 05.11.2025. However, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation. It is contended that in the past similar request of the petitioner 3. was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner had to approach this Court by 3 way of writ petitions in W.P.Nos. 18050 of 2019, 21862 of 2020 and 24595 of 2021. This Court had intervened and directed the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner argues that although the petitioners have filed the representation well in advance of the scheduled dates, the respondents have not passed any orders on the application. Since the scheduled dates for conducting of the rituals at the temple are fast approaching and necessary arrangements are to be made, having no other alternative, the petitioner had filed the instant writ petition, praying for a direction to the respondents to consider their request. Having regard to the above and having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2"^^ respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the 4. petitioner dated 03.10.2025 on or before 05.11.2025. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- K.
