The learned receiver, Ms. Swati Mukherjee files her report. Let such report be circulated amongst the learned advocates for the respective parties. The total number of empty gas cylinders taken possession of by the learned receiver amounts to 850. The learned receiver has also taken possession of 1673 defective pressure regulators. These articles have been kept in the Indian Oil’s bottling plant at Jharsukuda. The learned receiver is discharged. The Indian Oil Corporation shall not part with the regulators and the 850 cylinders. The application is accordingly disposed of. 2. None appears on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioner shall proceed under the arbitration clause. The defective pressure regulators and the 850 empty gas cylinders shall be kept in their 2 present condition for a period of two months. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law and make further prayers for interim protection/orders before the learned arbitrator. 4. In view of the order passed, the prayers in the connected applications have become infructuous as the learned receiver has already taken possession of the articles. 5.
