By order dated 05/07/2017, this Court granted bail to the appellant. 3. Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the State produced copy of memo dated 30/07/2025 of SHO, City Kotwali, Dhamtari alongwith the certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat, Bonaigarh, District Sundargarh (Odisha), death certificate and the Panchnama and stated that the appellant died on 18/09/2022. 4.
