This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“ … a Writ of Mandamus to declaring the highhanded act of the Respondent No.4 and repeatedly insisting the Petitioner to appear before their authority and directing the Petitioner to evict the house bearing door No.2/192 on or before 25.12.2021 situated Near Police Station Gonegandla Village of Kurnool District as illegal irregular irrational without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the Petitioner personal liberty and property and pass”.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes and not insisted the petitioner to vacate the premises as alleged by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the police have never insisted the petitioner to be present in the police station.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
