In compliance with the order of this Court dated 27.05.2025 and the earlier order dated 16.05.2025, a report dated 21.07.2025 has been submitted by the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj where it is said that Revision No. 2969 of 2023, Sandhya Singh v. Tehsildar Robertsganj has been decided on 21.07.2025. A copy of the order has been annexed. 2. The Board, by the order dated 21.07.2025, has allowed Revision No. 2969/2023/Sonbhadra with a remand, as also Revision Nos. 2968 of 2023 and 2967 of 2023. 3. In view of the aforesaid supervening events, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Board, in such manner, as advised. 4. Let this order be communicated to the Registrar, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj by the Registrar (Compliance) within 48 hours.
