Learned AGA accepts notice for Respondent No.1. Notice to Respondent No.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the Annexure-L No.KRA.SVM.HVNO.ITHARE/24-2025 endorsement dated 29/7/2024 issued by the 1st respondent in the interest of justice and equity. b. Grant such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that so called alleged marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.2 has been registered on 21.01.2025 on the basis of misrepresentation by submitting an application, without submitting a marriage memorandum and the documents which have been filed bear forged signature. The photograph which had been filed is also edited and in that background the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the certificate. What essentially the petitioner seeks to do by way of the representation and challenge in the present petition is for a decree of divorce. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no marriage, the fact remains that the marriage certificate has been issued. If that be so, it is required for the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum seeking for appropriate relief.
