1. By filing additional affidavit Sub-Divisional Officer has contended that,
“I say and submit that, in view of the order under contempt, the petitioner was to receive three parcel of land admeasuring 1 Acre 1 Guntha, 47 R and 14 R. Out of that the land admeasuring 1 Acre 1 Guntha land in Gut No.l74 / 1 was given in possession of the present petitioner on 16.07.2025 and his name also been mutated in the 7/12 extract. The second parcel of the land admeasuring 47 R is allotted and the possession is also given to the present petitioner from land bearing Gut No.22l of village Wakadi, on 25.08.2025. The third parcel of the land admeasuring l4 R is also given to the petitioner from land bearing Gut No.162/2/2 of village Jalgaon, on 03.10.2025. As such, the directions given in the order under contempt are being fully complied with which is in respect of all the lands as
directed by this Hon'ble Court. The copies of the Taba Pavti dated 25.08.2025 and 03.10.2025 are annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit ‘R-1’ collectively.” komal kamble
