Heard Sri Dan Bahadur Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "i. To, issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application/recall application no. 191 of 2024-25 dated 9.1.2020 (Annexure No. 7) within stipulated period of time. ii. To issue any other order of direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iii. To award the cost of the petition to this petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that within time barred restoration application dated 09.01.2020 filed against the order dated 21.12.2019 is pending before respondent no. 2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Janupur, since 09.01.2020. He further placed a certified copy of the order-sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that the matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing to respondent no. 2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the aforementioned within time restoration application dated 09.01.2020, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the order of this Court.
