Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, the order now has been passed by the Authority concerned, but, the arrears are not being paid in lump sum and the same are being paid in installments.

On a query put to the learned counsel for the parties, as to how much arrears are to be paid to the petitioner, the Court was informed that the same is less than Rs.1.50 lac.

Taking into consideration the amount involved, this petition is closed, but with the observation that let the entire arrears be paid to the petitioner in lump sum within a period of four weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand
disposed of accordingly.
