ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.3 in acting on the complaint, dated 27-04-2019 and registering the crime against the respondent No.4 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to act on the compliant, dated 27-04- 2019 submitted by the petitioner and take action against the respondent No.4 to 8 and to pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel representing Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar,
learned counsel for the petitioner is in attendance.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that civil dispute is pending between the rival parties and the dispute is of civil in nature.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the petitioner is at liberty to approach concerned Magistrate for necessary redressal in accordance with law in the light of judgment of Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
