Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in not registering the FIR in pursuant to the Complaint dated 19-01-2025 made by the Petitioner against the Respondent No.4 and others even in spite of the contents of the complaint clearly disclose the commission of the cognizable offences as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to section 173 of BNSS and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to register the FIR in pursuant to the complaint dated 19-01-2025 made by the Petitioner against the Respondent No.4 and others for committing the offences of for committing the offences of encroaching the house sites, demolishing the hut, laying the cement road through the land of the petitioner, abusing the petitioner with filthy language touching her caste, attacking on the family members and causing grievous blood injuries at the sensitive part of head, insulating on the

name of the caste, criminal intimidation by threatening to kill by pouring the petrol, tearing the cloths and outraging the modesty of the women and committing the offences of atrocities under SC/ST Act etc., forthwith and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law in the interest of justice. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....

Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case against the un-official respondent under Section 194(2) of BNS and investigation is in progress. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
