After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in facts of case he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before Tahsildar, who has passed an order under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 and also issued eviction warrant directing Mal Jamadar of Tahsil OfÏce, Pusaur to give vacant possession of land which is subject matter of dispute. He, however, submits that direction may be issued to Tahsildar to consider and dispose of application to be submitted within a specified period. 2. In view of submission made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
