1. Heard Mr. Sudeep Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent Nos.1 to 5, Mr. Hari Agrawal, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.6 and Mr. Sumit Shrivastava, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.7.
2. The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers :
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the FIR in crime no. 1365/2022 of S.H.O. City Kotwali, Raigarh, District Raigarh and its further consequences, against the petitioners for the offence punishable under section 389 and 34 of IPC against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the charge- sheet has already been submitted and charges have also been framed, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant petition to challenge the same.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Sd/- Sd/-
