Heard Mr. Suresh Kumar Potturi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on a complaint dated 21.06.2021, the Police of Disha Police Station, Vijayawada City registered a case in Crime No.157 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 403, 406 and 506 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against her husband and others. After thorough investigation, Charge Sheet had been filed before the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
