Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner by means of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has prayed for the following relief:- "1. Issue an order or direction to direct the learned Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Room No.12, Allahabad to decide the pending M.P.A. Case No.5 of 2018 (Rajeev Gupta Vs. Smt. Nimmi Devi and Another) within stipulated period of time fixed by the Hon'ble Court so that the justice between the parties may be done." 3. The judgement of which execution is sought is dated 20.03.2025 passed in Rent Control Appeal No.08 of 2018. 4. The period of limitation for challenging the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Rent Control Appeal No.08 of 2018 has not yet expired, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India lacks merit and is hereby dismissed at this stage.
