The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner for verification of his documents. 2. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is resident of Janjgir Champa has gone to Raipur for verification of the record but all of sudden he became ill, therefore, he cannot attend before verification SANTOSH KUMAR SHARMA Digitally signed by SANTOSH KUMAR SHARMA Date: 2025.11.03 10:56:05 +0530 2 Committee so constituted by the State in this regard. To substantiate his submission, he has filed certificate of “Vighanharta Multi Speciality Hospital, Raipur”, therefore, one opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to appear for document verification. 3. The facts of the present case are different from the facts of the case in Dileshwari Sahu vs. State of C.G passed in WPS No. 9594 of 2025. In the said case, she lost her parents. In such peculiar circumstances, no one was there in her family for last rituals, the opportunity was granted to her. From perusal of the certificate annexed by the petitioner is not clear that the he was actually suffering from Dengue, therefore, this Court cannot allow the petitioner to participate in the verification of the documents as it will amount to re-writing of the time schedule given by the Department of Higher Education which is not jurisdiction and domain of this Court to exercise powers conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, I am of the view that no case for interfere is made out. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Santosh
