Upadhaya, learned Standing counsel at the very outset raises an objection to the maintainability of this appeal on the ground that previous order passed by the learned Single Judge was challenged in an earlier special appeal which was withdrawn without any liberty in the matter. 2. Sri V.K. Singh, learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that the previous appeal was withdrawn as the appellant was advised to prefer a review and since the review has now been rejected, therefore, this appeal be entertained. 3. After some argument in the matter, Sri V.K. Singh, learned Senior counsel for the appellant comes up with the prayer to withdraw the present appeal as the appellant intends to approach the Director of Education in respect of the grievance raised. 4.
