From perusal of the impugned orders and material available on records, it transpires that this matter relate to year 2018 and till date no interim order has been passed in any of the case and today when the matters are called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
