Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police registered a case in Crime No.95 of 2018, dated 19.03.2018 against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 447, 420, 341 & 506 r/w 34 IPC and investigated into the case and the investigation would reveal that it is a civil dispute. Therefore, they recorded the case as civil in nature as per the proceedings of the concerned Police Officer. Hence, police will not interfere in the matter. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are required in writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case.
