No.351/A an extent of 24 ankanms in between the petitioners and her elder daughter Dodla lndiramma and pass Counsel for the Petitioners: G V RAVI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27930 OF 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 3 in dealing with the petitioners complaint dated 27-09-2021 under the mandatory direction of section 154 of Cr P.0 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, contra to Sec. 154(3) of Cr. P C and consequently direct the 2 respondent to take steps for registering FIR on the complainant of the petitioners dated 27-09-2021 submitted to 2 and 3 respondents and pass 2. Heard Sri G.V.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in view of the interim order dated 07.12.2021, passed by this Court, the police are not calling the petitioners and their two daughters to the police station. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners in the absence of any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
