ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue Writ or Direction preferably Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 for causing mental and physical torture against the petitioner and insisting to settle the issue with the 6th respondent, in which she is no way concerned about financial transaction between the 6th respondent and her husband as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent no. 4 not to harass and interfere with the petitioner her family members in any manner and pass….”
2. Heard Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that no crime is registered against the petitioners. Police are not calling the petitioners or their family members to the police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that police never interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioners.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners or their family members to the police station in the absence of any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
