None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the official Respondents, on instructions, would submit that as per the complaint of VRO of Islampet, a case in Crime No.303 of 2021 has been registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) read with 34 of IPC. The Respondent/ Police called the Petitioner relating to said crime for investigation. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Respondent/ Police are directed to follow due procedure as contemplated under law against the Petitioner, if required the presence of the Petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
