The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to DECLARE the action of the 3rd Respondent in not receiving, register and release the Gift Deed dated 24.09.2025 presented by me with respect to the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.
0-60 cents situated in RS No. 336/2A of A. Konduru village and mandal, NTR District, illegal, arbitrary, non-application of mind, perverse, violation of the provisions of Registration Act, 1908 rules made there under as amended from time to time, violation of provisions of the Transfer of Property Act and contrary to Article 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently, COMMAND the 3rd Respondent to receive, register and release the Gift Deed dated 24.09.2025 presented by me forthwith, in the interest of justice and pass…”

Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of writ petition, the respondent authorities have redressed the grievance of the petitioner. Learned counsel would also submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
