The condition No.1 is relaxed. The Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for alike sum to the satisfaction of the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Railways, Visakhapatnam, instead of the earlier condition requiring them to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for alike sum each before the same Court.
