This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an Order, Writ or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not registering the FIR of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2021 against the respondents No.5 to 9 is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to register the FIR of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2021 and investing the case according to law and pass...…”

Heard Sri S.Varadarajulu Chetty, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Ms. Sophia, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that they have given up their vakalat. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner, who filed the present petition, is no more. 4. At this juncture, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the present petition was filed challenging the inaction of the police upon the complaint dated 06.09.2021 made by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents Nos.5 to 9, for registration of a crime. The learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that, as the subject matter is civil in nature, the police could not register a case against the unofficial respondents Nos.5 to 9. 4
