Heard Mr. G.V.Subramanyam, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents 1 to 3. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Police have not registered the crime on the complaint made by the Petitioner, since it is civil in-nature. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, granting liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate fora in accordance with law.
