None represented for the petitioners. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, would submit that the police never interfered into the land dispute between the parties and never called the petitioners to the police station as the dispute over them is civil in nature. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
