The contention advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the income certificate of respondent no.7 as has been appended has come to be cancelled by the competent authority and that is how she made an application for taking proper action in the matter of selection and appointment as the petitioner was one of the two candidates only who had participated and out of which one candidate i.e. respondent no.7 was selected. 3. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate concerned to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to respondent no.7 as well within a period of one month of production of certified copy of this order.
